hypnosis for panic attacks

What is your perspective on daily life?

One way to keep a perspective on things is to start your day with appreciation. Words of appreciate are excellent de-stressors.

#14 Tip – Use words to de-stress you. They are plentiful and easy to access.

Try these expressions:

“I am grateful for my car that starts every day,” or,

“I am grateful that the grocery store always has so many things to select from.” or,

“I appreciate my body and what it is doing today.”

When we are stressed we lose our perspective, so keeping things in check during the day every day, helps keep us more grounded when things go wrong.

Rather than focusing the problem, say a flat tire focus on the fact that there’s a spare.

It is impossible to be stressed out and relaxed at the same time. Your words can begin to shift the normal reaction to a more controlled response that helps you to feel better.
