Creating A Calm Yet Productive Work Environment with Hypnosis

Bosses don’t necessarily want the environment so calm their employees are falling asleep, but calm in the sense that people are not angry and anxious which leads to mistakes, bad health and resentment towards co-workers. The word “calm” is not usually associated with working environments.  When I was in the advertising business, it was about high pressure and those of us in it came to believe that stress was helping us get it done.  I think being 30 was helping us get it done, but at a cost: mentally, emotionally and physically.

stress at workCalm people are productive people.

You’ve been through it more times than you’d care to count: As you trying to manage your growing stress throughout the chaos of a busy work day, there’s (always!) at least one person who is keeping their cool. Don’t they notice the crises you’ve been rushing between?

And have you ever wondered how those de-stressed, ever-calm people keep it all together on a daily basis? The truth is, they’re neither superhuman nor oblivious — they just practice daily habits that keep their stress levels under control. And the good news is that you can learn from them. According to Michelle Carlstrom, the senior director of the Office of Work, Life and Engagement at Johns Hopkins University, it’s all about tailoring tricks to fit your needs. read more

We create those daily habits with hypnosis.

Because all our attitudes and behaviors are unconscious, we make these changes in the subconscious. It is giving the employee with power of choice and rather than the automatic negative choice, they shift to a new automatic positive choice.

Announcing Group Workshops

Group hypnosis workshops are presented by veteran hypnotist Valerie Grimes who has a reputation being professional and in addition an effective Change Maker.

Why use hypnosis?

“If someone isn’t performing at their best they are stuck, they are not flowing. These workshops are tailored to teach rapidly an understanding of the subconscious (The unconscious mind holds all our beliefs and we act from those, positive or negative) and then employ tools for permanent lasting changes,” explains Valerie Grimes. Lasting changes do not often or regularly occur with out the subconscious being affected. Willpower only works when we don’t need it to.

I have presented for these companies:

  • Exxon Mobil
  • DART
  • Beal Bank
  • Time Warner Cable
  • DeVry Institute
  • Kaner Medical Group
  • AT&T
  • Texas Health – formerly Gilda’s Club

These hypnosis workshops are presented onsite and can be tailored to your needs.  Hypnosis will be explained and utilized during these presentations. Call 972-974-2094 to discuss your requirements.

SCHEDULE your company’s complementary workshop by calling 972-974-2094 and discover what a difference a change in the subconscious can make in the real conscious world (the one where all of the actions we make are measured).
