hypnosis for life purpose

Have you checked in with yourself lately? If not you may be headed for the deep end. STOP and check in now.

How are you feeling?

Are you getting enough rest?

Do you have enough free time?

Are you eating good nutritious foods?

Are you moving your body?

Have you had a bath?

Someone once said to me, “I need to take a hot bath before I let someone have it” (too late). My advice is to take a hot bath before you NEED to take one. And while you are there, light candles in honor of yourself, then breathe deeply and smile.

Tip #15 Check in with yourself, so you don’t go off the deep end.

Make checking in a regular Friday morning review, that way you can use the weekend to fill a need. Remember there is no one else more important than you. As soon as you get that, everything changes for the better.
