Is there an elephant in the room?

How to heal your relationship with hypnosis.

Trainers domesticate baby elephants by chaining them. The small animal is staked in a corner. At first, the animal puts all its efforts into breaking free.

Soon the elephant realizes he/she can only move so far without feeling the pain of the chain on its ankle.

Eventually the animal stops trying. They grow up in their corner of the world.

What they don’t realize is that they have grown. Now they can easily snap the chain. Be gone in a second. No major struggle. It wouldn’t even hurt.

But they don’t know that. So… they stay where they belong. A conditioned response that keeps them in place.

It happens in relationships. We become conditioned in our responses. Chained in our place.

Everyone knows that relationships can change us. We give and take and in the best of situations, we share.

Some relationships bring out the best in us.

Some relationships make us feel unworthy, worthless, trivial, inconvenient, icky…

ASK YOURSELF THESE QUESTIONS:

Have you ever felt those old feelings return?

Have you ever wondered how you came to be with the same type of person only this one has a different name?

Have you ever overreacted in a relationship?

All of us have a few conditioned responses, just like the baby elephant. Aren’t you glad you’re a human instead of an elephant?

You are capable of making changes. Upgrading your own programming. Letting go of conditioned responses that no longer work. Hypnosis is one of many tools I use to help people help themselves open the door to love.

If you are ready to reclaim love, I’m here to help. Call 972-974-2094 for your hypnosis appointment with Donna.
