Celebrity athletes and performers alike utilize hypnosis as an effective tool to get the most out of their abilities. My approach has been as simple as mentally rehearsing a performance scenario to setting up “game day rituals”.
Anything that I can to to help create calm in the mind. When necessary or requested I can meet with coaches and teachers so that we can get the most out of sessions. Typically, we will meet 4 times developing a strategy for multiple scenarios. The client leaves these sessions with a customized recording and are at this point eligible for my “Game Day Hypnotic Boost”! This allows the client to schedule an abbreviated session over the phone or via Skype on the day of the game or performance.
