But they are also great stress relievers.
As adults we naturally gravitate to the “adult” stress relievers like booze and smokes. As children loved to sing, dance or color, life was carefree. Also turning on some music shifts your mood as well and I even heard you can even look at pictures of baby kittens or puppies to help you to feel good.
Tip #20 for stress relief
-Paint, color or draw, like an 8 year old
-Sing alone or with someone else
