Hydrate Yourself.

What is your favorite summertime drink?  Is it soda, iced tea, coffee, wine, juice? We like to drink more beverages in the summer when it is hot, but are the drinks you are drinking satisfying your thirsty cells?  If not,  then try making the first and last drink of the day an 8 oz or larger glass of water. Also  you can add more water into your day by diluting juices with 50% water, cuts down on calories too.   Cut back on coffee and teas, replacing with water, they are a diuretic and therefore dehydrate your body.   And don’t forget alcohol is very dehydrating, so if you must drink, have a glass a water to each alcoholic beverage.
