Back in the olden days, it was dark and quiet at night.

Now it isn’t and that interferes with our natural sleep pattern. Good sleep hygiene is not having any electronic devices in your bedroom. No phone, laptop, TV, iPad, etc.

Your bed is for sleeping and love making, not technology. Some of you may think it is a place to lay around and watch movies, but you are conditioning yourself so that when you lay on your bed you think you need to be entertained.

It’s time to clear the electronics out of your bedroom and return it to the sleep sanctuary that it is.
