Hypnosis for Weight Loss Dallas

Valerie Grimes, Hypnotist Presents Tip 24 for Healthy Eating

People are always asking me to hypnotize them to lose weight and one of the first things I suggest to them is to hypnotize them selves by becoming mesmerized about the food on their plates.

Mesmerized by the aroma, colors, textures, tastes. To allow themselves to have a savory experience and to fully enjoy the meal.

When you eat this way your relationship with food changes to a more pleasurable experience. You are more tuned into the enjoyment and feeling of satisfaction, so that you alleviate the need to eat more because you haven’t really enjoyed or tasted the food.

Mindful Eating is a practice of bringing awareness to the act of eating.

Eat slowly, put fork down between bites

Eat at the table without distraction

It’s time to have an intimate relationship with your food and soon you will break up with your old habits.

Tip #24 for healthy eating habits

Eat with Awareness and Appreciation.
