Meditation Creates Mental Shifts And Instant Happiness and Happy Events.
If you want to be happy and healthy try this meditation for everyday people.
Everyday people need to meditate too, perhaps more so than the pro-meditators. When I first learned to meditate I thought it was something that I could never achieve, so I avoided it, sound familiar?
I’m into making things work rather than forcing myself to go against the grain, because that won’t work, at least for long. And when it is a meditated state we are seeking, we certainly don’t need stress.
So here is way you can “meditate” wherever you are. It is called Awareness, and comes from Presence Centered Awareness which is a part of a meditative practice. I just thought it would make more sense to take that awareness into my world rather than sitting on a cushion and “trying” to be aware of a world that was foreign to me (the world of silence).
It‘s time to get out of your HEAD and into your HEART.
It does require you to wake up. And come back to your breath, to notice the environment around you, the sounds, colors, odors, and temperature. Find one of those that is fascinating to you and focus on it and breathe.
Expand this practice into all of your daily scenes.
Find 2-3 minutes each hour, or each scene change to do this. Your body and mind will appreciate it and make some nice positive shifts and you find yourself happier and when you are happier you are healthier.
