How to reinforce the effects of your session.

Once a client leaves the office it is critical to the lasting effects of the session to continue to use the tools the hypnotist teaches.

“All hypnosis is self hypnosis”

If a person describes themselves as anxious or feels anxiety throughout the day, it is a lot to ask that in one session the hypnotist can turn that around.  At The Flow Center, we never promise that, but suggest a series of 4-6 sessions as well as in home recordings and home care exercises.

Here is a instruction sheet with ways to change the current response to the way a trigger invokes an anxious response. These will work without a hypnosis session however it will require a more consistent practice, so be patient and stick with it.


If you have been hypnotized for anxiety, these exercises will reinforce in your subconscious that you are in control of your physical and emotional response.
