The weight loss hypnosis hunger scale can be used to help you decide when the best time it is to eat and also when to stop. It is advised to eat when you determine you are at a “3” on the scale and to stop eating when you are having the awareness of level “5” to “6.” Keep in mind, when your stomach is rumbling eating should occur pretty quickly…so at a “2” you would need to start preparing food to eat.
