“When I go camping I sleep so good with all the Fresh Air!”
What I noticed was that before I climbed into my tent, I looked up at the stars and took 2 deep down in the belly breaths, smiled at the stars and climbed in.
So it got me thinking, what if when I got back to the big city, I could continue this ritual and see how my sleep improved. (I sleep pretty good 90% of the time, I’m a hypnotist, duh).
