photoWhat I noticed was that before I climbed into my tent, I looked up at the stars and took 2 deep down in the belly breaths, smiled at the stars and climbed in.

So it got me thinking, what if when I got back to the big city, I could continue this ritual and see how my sleep improved. (I sleep pretty good 90% of the time, I’m a hypnotist, duh).

In some of my other videos I give you ideas about how important ritual is at night. Your going to bed routine is getting longer…and you are getting sleepier…good.
