Controlling Stress Level

Once you’ve identified the source of the stress, you can begin to control it. Learn to avoid stressors that are avoidable, alter those that can be changed, or accept and adapt to those that are unavoidable.

Coping Methods

It’s helpful to find healthy ways to cope with the stress you experience. Avoid unhealthy habits, such as smoking and drinking, and utilize healthier methods, such as walking, to better manage stress.
