- The person’s belief about their situation
- Desire to change the situation – What is the motivation?
- Eliminating self sabotage
- See the future vision – to strengthen the belief and motivate desire
- Correct self talk – example, “I’ll never be able to do that.”
- Change any negative identification/association – example, “when you were growing up your family thought that money was the root of all evil.”
- HYPNOTIST NOTE: In working with MJ on anxiety from sales goals, we found the source of the problem which was deeply rooted in #3 and #6. After our initial exploratory session, we will continue to work together on the other areas.
- This client was experiencing stress and anxiety, we worked to find the source of the problem, a belief that she didn’t deserve to be successful which was based on an attempt to send mom a message about love.
