Self-Hypnosis for Weight Loss in Dallas

Self-Hypnosis for Weight Loss, Hypnosis in Dallas, teaches a healthy and effective way to stay motivated to reach goals.

This is part one of two.

When a person is ready to lose weight, they often wonder how they stay motivated, especially when there is 50-100 pounds to lose.

Self Hypnosis is one of the tools we use to keep clients motivated to lose the weight throughout the program.

Remember, self hypnosis is not for overcoming difficult times or feelings, because if you are in that mind set, and then go into a state of hypnosis you could be heightening that negative state.  Rather self-hypnosis is best for improving sports performance, create a satisfying night’s sleep, study skills and test prep, or to create a state of control or motivation while working on a goal.

There are two laws of mind that govern this process.

They are the law of repetition and the law association. The later refers to the benefit of the repeated action (the first law) as you begin to associate the benefits (motivation) with the act of self-hypnosis.

Next week I’ll offer some instructions, until then decide what it is you want to change or focus on and I’ll teach you how to create that state of mind.

One more thought:  this is a type of autogenic training if you want to do some research on that. Until then, think only positive thoughts and breathe!
