Dallas hypnosis for weight loss

If you want to be successful at Reaching Goals for Weight Loss with Hypnosis in Dallas, there are several important factors to consider when setting a goal and reaching a goal for weight loss with hypnosis.

Your subconscious mind is a goal striving mechanism, if it is set up for failure, it will fail; if it is set up for success, it will succeed. Hypnosis for weight loss reprograms the past failures and allows you to move ahead towards success almost as if it is effortless.  Here are the steps along with way.

1. Create the goal

2. Decide what the benefit to the goal is, the outcome

3. Allowing corrections along with way, we are learning something new

4. Focus on the outcome, note small successes along with way

5. Relax and let it work

Create the goal for weight loss.

Usually people put a number here.  If your goal is to loose 100 pounds, that might be a long-term goal, however it is best to break into smaller goals, so perhaps to get to that 100# weight loss, you may need to eat regularly. So one of your first goals could be to eat regularly, 3 small meals plus 2 small snacks and lots of water everyday for 30 days. Then your next goal might be to do something fun or creative, to seek more pleasure out of your life, do that for 30 days.  The next one could be going for walks 3-4x a week, do that for 30 days, when you add these goals, you keep the others.  So you are building new healthy habits.

Decide what the benefit to the goal is, the outcome

The outcome of the goal is the life-long benefit of loosing weight.  So perhaps that might be to feel energized, to feel better about myself, to live longer and independently, to be mobile.  When you focus on the outcome you loose the need to get to a number…most that focus on a number get to the number and then what, the goal is achieved and often this is when slips occur, hasn’t that happened to you before?

Allowing corrections along with way, we are learning something new

Your mind knows how to allow your hand to reach for something on a table when it is day time, that is easy.  It also knows how to do it when the lights are off, it just takes a little more effort.  That is what it is like with learning something new.  Your hand is going to bump into something, fumble a bit, but it will eventually find the object there on the table. Hypnosis makes this easier, but there are always corrections to be made along with way.

Focus on the outcome, note small successes along with way

Keep a journal and write down every day the changes you are feeling, the activities you have done, or the foods you are now eating.  And don’t forget to complement yourself.

Relax and let it work

This is the most important.  Once you develop a healthy habit of eating regularly (nutritious foods) and moving your body and allowing yourself to be creative and have some fun, then your mind keeps those new habits running in the background and when you are focused on your outcome (and think about it each day in some way), you automatically get there. That is how the mind works.  If it is set up to succeed, it does; if it is set up to fail, it does.  Hypnosis helps you remove the old beliefs, triggers, obstacles or whatever was in place that stopped you from reaching their goal.  This is called “The Law of Reversed Effect”  if you TRY to make yourself get to the goal, it is impossible; if you relax and allow the part of your mind that is responsible for striving towards a goal, you succeed, easily.  You can’t consciously do something your subconscious mind is responsible for. How hard would it be to THINK about breathing each breath, it is impossible.
