Overcome Fear of Flying With Hypnosis

I got in last night from Las Vegas after attending an unbelievable training conference on how to become a network marketing professional.  I know I mentioned to you my fear of flying (heights) but the flight to Las Vegas on Thursday afternoon was smooth and enjoyable.

The return flight was a little different.  The takeoff was fine but the climb to our cruising altitude and some time afterwards was turbulent.  The flight attendant informed us that they would not be serving drinks until it was safe to.  I practiced my deep breaths, pressing my right thumb and forefinger saying “awesome” which did help me from feeling anxious.

I also prayed.  I conversed with God and said above all I knew he had the power to make the flight smooth.  A while later the captain turned off the seat beat lights off.  The rest of the flight was “awesome.”

Now Elva has a new memory, a good memory of two good flights and because this one was so enjoyable even though she had to overcome some fleeting fears due to the turbulence, she used the anchor that we created in hypnosis to relax and create the feeling state she needed to land and be able to say, “I did it, I’m so proud of myself.”
