How does hypnosis help smokers keep their new years resolution throughout the entire year?
Hypnosis works to help a smokers stop by connecting to the memory of being a non-smoker. A person was not born a smoker and when you can return them to the memory of being a non-smoker and staying fresh, clean and healthy, it is a powerful subconscious experience that results in a changed behavior. And when we add to this their personal motivation for being a non-smoker, it can result in permanent change.
Our success rate is 8 in 10, mainly due to the fact that those two people really didn’t want to quit. They key is having a very strong motivation to quit, an 8 or higher on the scale of 1 to 10. Otherwise, the urge to continue has a pull. However, with continued sessions we can bring about a new behavior as a non-smoker.
In addition, our smoking cessation program offers an optional total life balance program that supports the client in making other healthy choices to deal with stress, exercise and diet.
