That is the first question I ask when clients come in for weight management. So, are you a stress eater? After they answer, I go on to explain that we are born with the innate ability to know when we are truly hungry, but over time our “wires” get crossed and we confuse the need for food (and usually the wrong foods) to satisfy another need besides nutrition.
On January 8th, I’ll be discussing stress (emotional) eating at Elite Fitness for Women in Irving as a part of my workshop series. In addition, Wellness Coach Hilanne Myers will discuss the importance of adopting a new healthy lifestyle.
