Hypnosis Natural Weight Loss program focuses on ‘beliefs about food’ in order to change eating behaviors and then release the weight.

Consider our beliefs about food or what certain foods mean to us for example,

-Cookies and milk help us to feel better when we are hurt

-Mom’s fried chicken means I’m loved.

Those beliefs are brain cells that are linked together. Each day those connections and brain cell links stay the same until something happens to change the patterns. Hypnotherapy can  weaken and eventually break the patterns (beliefs).  When this happens we can see food as something that nourishes our body, not as emotional fulfillment.

A friend of mine recently said, “every head has its own world”, and through hypnosis we can take a closer look at your world. When you can examine your beliefs, discover their source, question them, and find out if they are they true, you can actually begin to transform your beliefs to create a new world, or a new pattern of behavior.

What Are Your Beliefs?

  • What is the first thing that comes to mind when you think of diet?
  • What is the first thing that comes to mind when you think of exercise?
  • What is your ability to loose weight and keep it off?
  • How do you feel about leaving food on your plate?

Our Hypnosis Sessions for Weight Loss are focused on shifting beliefs from negative to positive so you can begin to live a lighter, healthier and more expressive life.
