Balance vs Imbalance

To me being stressed is an imbalance, too many yes’s and not enough no’s. We said yes too many times, we are exhausted, we are discontent with our work, we are in an unhappy relationship, and we worry about not having enough money or losing our job. And now we have unhealthy habits that we have become dependent upon for our escape, but we know that doesn’t really work…merry go round, goes round and round faster and faster and we just want to get off!
