Hypnosis in Dallas for Sadness from Rain Madness.
Are you sad? Are you wet? Do you need a hypnotist?
Geez, even the water goddess (me) is tired of the rains of May 2015. There is such a thing as balance: too much or too little of something and it throws off our psyche.
The best way to move through this period of sadness is to help someone else that is sad or blue too.
What you do for another you do for you.
Giving your time, a smile, physical work, or a conservation to someone else feels just as good if not better than when someone does that to you.
Normal Amounts of Sadness.
When a person is sad, it really is okay because that is a normal emotion and we can perhaps see through it and realize it is for a healthy period of time. However when sadness persists, the brain becomes accustomed to those types of chemicals. So it is vitally important to break that by “forcing” happiness on oneself.
“I’m going to FORCE you to be happy.”
Sounds impossible…but it does take that kind of a push to consciously get through a blue period.
Notice I said consciously push through? What about hypnosis to help you subconsciously slide over to the sunny side of things? Hmmmm…sounds easier.
When we have to force something we usually don’t. Hypnosis works to create a happier state in several ways, one it allows the person to reconnect with happier times and two it allows the person the opportunity to focus on a happier future, thus create future memories that work the same way the memories of the past do.
But remember, helping others helps you be happier. If you are really, really sad though, that will be hard, hypnosis makes that easier.
