Freedom From Sadness, Anger, And Frustration From Dallas Hypnotist, Valerie Grimes.

The power of suggestion is the basis for effective results from hypnosis so I used that idea at a recent Health Fair in an effort to spread positive energy.

I challenged attendees to think of a negative thought, feeling, or habit that they were tired of carrying around and leave that negative aspect with me.  Then to think of a positive thought, feeling, or habit they would rather focus on. For example:

LEAVE  | TAKE AWAY

  • Sadness | Happiness
  • Stress | Peace
  • Anger  | Forgiveness

At the end of the day, there were 35 negative cards. Most said:  stress.  I took them home and put them through the shredder while visualizing peace and calmness for those people and all people.

EASY ‘AT HOME’ METHOD FOR FINDING FREEDOM FROM NEGATIVITY.

  1. Decide what thought, feeling, or habit you want to walk away from.
  2. Write it down on a note card, or post it.
  3. Take a new card; write what you do want (you can ask for anything).
  4. Walk away from the old; take the new with you.
  5. Later tear up or shred the old one.

What I enjoyed most was the smiles that people walked away with.
