Writing is an excellent way to VENT the frustrations of the day and especially great if you do this before bed each night, then your mind doesn’t have to sort it all out for you as you TRY to fall asleep.
There are two types of writing here. The first is venting it out, getting on paper what you don’t want rolling in your head.
The second is a more positive and uplifting type of writing wherein you describe how you want your next day to go.
How great is it that the very last thing you heard before closing your eyes was how wonderful you were doing to be presenting your ideas to the group, or how calm and relaxed you are when getting the kids and yourself out the door, or how you take time tomorrow to appreciate the natural goodness all around you.
