Eating when you are hungry is too late. Your blood sugar has already dropped sending you into conservation mode (hold on to fat mode). This takes effort, it takes time, but when you focus on this aspect of your life first (PROPER NUTRITION) everything else will fall into place, I promise.

Tip 34.

Be Prepared.  Carry healthy snacks with you to stay in fat burn mode.

It is best to eat small portions 3-5 times a day but unfortunately for most we do not make time to do so. This takes time and planning. But it is so worth the investment. So if you want to create health and live a long life, then fueling your body is the way to do that. You wouldn’t allow your pet to skip a meal? Or keep food from your hungry toddler? Well you are just as important as they are.

Keep snacks in your car or bag you carry with you. Healthy choices are more and more around us.
