At Dallas Hypnosis Programs, Weight Loss Occurs When Clients Eat 3 meals plus snacks and using a low glycemic foods approach.

How Do I Eat “Regularly?”

When you eat regularly you keep your blood sugar level and that keeps you in fat-burning mode.

Our program uses a 3-phase approach.

1st  phase:
Preparing your body
for weight loss

2nd phase
Weight Loss

3rd phase
Weight management

In the first phase, we encourage our clients to eat regularly meaning 3 small meals a day plus small snacks.

What is Low Glycemic?

According to Kathleen M. Zelman, MPH, RD, LD in a WebMD Expert Review, “the glycemic index has been a popular weight loss tool to help dieters lose weight. Also referred to as the glycemic index diet, GI diet, and low glycemic diet, it is the basis for many popular diet plans.

The glycemic index measures carbohydrates. The index is a list of how blood sugar levels rise after you eat a small portion of a carbohydrate food”.

The higher the index, the faster the carbohydrate converts to sugar and if you don’t use that immediately it is stored as fat; however a lower rating index allows your body to break down the carbohydrate at a slower rate so your body uses that fuel rather than storing it.
