Dallas Hypnotist Explains Why We Do The Things We Do

Dallas Hypnotist Explains Why We Do The Things We Do.

Dallas Hypnotist Valerie Grimes explains how right now what we are experiencing in life is exactly what has been programmed into our minds.

It can be a startling thought:  the subconscious always achieves everything it receives. So right now

if you are experiencing difficulty in financial matters, relationships, weight issues, etc. then it is because that is exactly how your mind programmed.

Homeostasis: it keeps us the same

Hypnosis: changes us

We experience a natural bodily occurrence:  Homeostasis.  It continually adjusts and keeps us basically the same (our bodies do get out of balance when we continually add to one side of the balance scale i.e. weight gain).

If you are too prosperous…too unsuccessful, homeostasis kicks in.

In our natural cycles we go up and down, and down and up, but we stay in the same range. Each of us has a different ceiling and a different floor.

Life happens everyday and the subconscious is watching, taking notes and says “Okay, that is what we expected,” so that experience is reinforced, no matter if it is good or bad. The subconscious mind doesn’t like unknowns…it bases your future on what you have done in the past: your ceiling and your floor.

This reminds me of that movie Groundhog Day.  All of daily experiences process at night in dreams and predicts our next day…our mind bases our next day on the previous day, it keeps us in the range.

So to throw it off, you must flood the mind with new statements, ideas and feelings that reflect the changes you want. Kind of like dropping a pebble in bucket of water, over and over, one day you realize there is no more water in the bucket. And you wake up and it’s a brand new day with new experiences to enjoy.

Dallas Hypnotist explains why we are experiencing exactly what has been programmed into our minds, to change that, call for a consultation.
