Dallas Hypnosis for Weight Loss: Tips to Stop Hunger.

If you are hungry please eat something your body needs food, good, nourishing food. That is how you stop hunger.  Feeding your body is very important for its operation.  What you feed it is the key to restoring energy and also to losing weight and keeping it off.

Eat Well Be Well!

Here are a few ideas for afternoon snacks, when you feel yourself loosing steam…caffeine isn’t the answer, food is: (these are small portions)

  • Walnuts/figs
  • Almonds/raisins
  • Orange
  • Apple
  • Mixed berries
  • Yogurt
  • Spoonful of peanut or almond butter and 3-4 small whole grain crackers
  • Broccoli with plain yogurt and a few teaspoons of salsa
  • Hard Boiled Egg
  • Protein bar (1/2 or whole depending on level of hunger/fullness – start the ½ of it.
  • Mixed greens salad with oil/vinegar



To stay in FAT BURNING mode it is important to eat 3 small meals per day and two small snacks like the ones above so your insulin levels don’t drop.  


Did you know your body could be holding onto weight if you eat too little? 

One way to find out is to track your foods for a week and evaluate the list. There are also great APPs (like Lose It) and websites  (like My Fit Planner) that offer an easy way to track calories to ensure you eating enough to maintain or to reduce.  (I’m not in favor of calorie counting, but it does give us the information we need to make the right adjustments).
