How did this happen, how did my life and my body get out of balance?

I believe it is because we started on a path many years ago to create our lives and chase the dollar, then we stayed on that path and those activities became normal and natural to us, but not to our body, so the body responded by gaining weight which is not necessarily just eating the wrong foods or too much of the wrong foods, but the stress we have become accustomed to.

How do we overcome physical effects of negative life balance?  By reaching a decision to have a desire to improve, then hypnosis helps you to correct those imbalances by Reconnecting to Natural Instincts.

Hypnosis creates a state of mind so that we are able to communicate with our body, the body is always communicating what its needs are, and hypnosis allows us to get in on that communication (read more).
