To You Feel Like You Need a Game Day Boost?

Well you aren’t alone!

Dallas hypnosisCelebrity athletes and performers alike utilize hypnosis as an effective tool to get the most out of their abilities. Some names you might recognize include: Tіgеr Wооdѕ, Jасk Nісklаuѕ, рlауеrѕ fоr thе Nеw Yоrk Mеtѕ, Andrе Agаѕѕі, Phіl Jасkѕоn, Mісhаеl Jоrdоn, Kоbе Brуаnt аnd Shаqu O’Nеаl.  All have utilized hypnosis to improve their performance.

The term performance includes but is certainly not limited to sports.  I also work with individuals who would like to improve their test taking, acting, singing and public speaking.

My approach has been as simple as mentally rehearsing a performance scenario to setting up “game day rituals”.

Anything that I can to to help create calm in the mind. When necessary or requested I can meet with coaches and teachers so that we can get the most out of sessions. Typically, we will meet 4 times developing a strategy for multiple scenarios.  The client leaves these sessions with a customized recording and are at this point eligible for my “Game Day Hypnotic Boost”!  This allows the client to schedule an abbreviated session over the phone or via Skype on the day of the game or performance.

So when you are ready to boost your game with hypnosis, call 972-974-2094 to schedule your appointment with Bridget.
