#6 Health Tip For Goal Setting

What Are The Rewards of Reaching Your Goal?

They just might be more important than the actual goal.

The way you reward yourself on the way to a goal is your motivation.

When we are working towards a long term goal we sometimes forget about our small successes along with way. It is these successes that make us, well, successful.

Tip #6 Keep a daily log of EVIDENCE that you are moving towards your goal

It’s important to take time to write your successes. Daily chart the progress (these should be very simple steps you are taking to your long term goal). Doing so naturally places all positive results in the forefront of your mind and interprets them as proof you are moving towards your goal.

Focus only on positive and only positive can occur.

Hypnosis bridges the gap between our conscious efforts and the subconscious which is our goal striving machine. Writing your successes strengthens the internal mechanism and helps you move forward.
