Tip #6 Keep a daily log of EVIDENCE that you are moving towards your goal

WHY WRITE ABOUT THE EVIDENCE?

It’s important to take time to write your successes. Daily chart the progress (these should be very simple steps you are taking to your long term goal). Doing so naturally places all positive results in the forefront of your mind and interprets them as proof you are moving towards your goal.

Focus only on positive and only positive can occur.
