hypnosis for sleep improvement

Looking To Improve Your Quality of Sleep?

“IT’S TIME FOR BED!”

Remember mom’s nightly announcement?

When you were a child you had a set bedtime. Now as an adult with all the freedoms that come from being an adult you may be staying up way past your bedtime.

So if you are not sleeping as much as you would like, go back to that idea to re-establish in your mind when it is time to go to sleep.

Adopt a set bedtime and then go to bed at the same time every night just like mom said. Weekends can be the exception, but generally try and limit that to one night. Try it for a month and see if you feel the same, better, or worse.

Why this works.

Scientifically I’m sure there is proof of this idea, I know personally it works because it is what I have practiced most of my life. And when I travel and change our bedtime I typically don’t sleep as well. We as humans are creatures of habit and doing things at regular intervals creates a habit. Once it is set in we can relax and allow the automatic nature of the subconscious to play out the behaviors and attitudes of a person who goes to bed at the same time every night.

Tip #19 for sleep improvement-

Go to bed at the same time every night.
