Exercising is an essential part of any weight loss program. And the obvious benefit is to burn calories.

Anytime you can add a challenge or make a game out of exercise it increases your motivation. So, grab the kids or grandkids, they know how to make everything fun. Let’s get everyone moving and clean up the area at the same time.
